We had a great summer family vacation in the mountains! Location is great! The 2 bedroom villa was plenty of space for us (3 adults, 6 kids)- 2 king beds, 2 queen sofa beds that were actually comfortable. Full kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher) that was fully stocked and washer/dryer were amazing to have compared to other hotel stays. At check-in we asked to stay on the 2nd floor since that's where are the activities are- pool/hot tubs, pool tables, gym, ping pong, planned activities like karaoke, trivia, the Mine (pina coladas, drinks, games for checkout), etc. The view is luck of the draw. We came in on opening weekend for PCMR and it wasn't quite fully open but the mountain coaster, slide, trampolines, zip lines were up and running along with 1 lift (although the ability to haul bikes up the lift and ride down weren't available until the weekend after we left). The free bus around town is steps away along with bike rental options. The pool/hot tubs were a highlight and we appreciated the fact that our kids could enjoy them but also there was a hot tub that was kid-free. The host communicated very well. My only complaint would be that if you want cleaning, you have to request and pay extra for it. We got conflicting information about this once we were actually at the property but we just opted out and it was totally fine. They were happy to bring whatever supplies we needed though (blankets, towels of all sizes, kitchen towels, pool towels).

Great place for a family ski trip. Legitimate ski-in-ski-out, awesome pool and hot tubs, nice room and nice amenities. Will definitely come back.
