First I want to say the view from this condo is top notch, so beautiful. First issue: There were open tiles from ceiling in main bath where there had been a leak, looking at that was not impressive. The main office had for-warned us but still…a discount should have been offered. 2nd issue: you couldn’t turn air down below 74 per sign on the wall that it “freezes up.” I’m sorry but it was hot in there! Bed was comfy, nice recliner! Water pressure wasn’t good but it worked. These reasons are why it didn’t get 5 ’s.

Comfortable, relaxing, worry free, and beautiful views. We really couldn’t ask for more. It was very nice to just walk down to the pier for a beach drink and listen to music.

Refrigerator leaked water when it defrosted. The porch furniture and glass door were filthy. No dish washer & laundry soap starters. And I had to wash the bed cover first thing due to what looked like a poop skid mark on the cover.Bath Towels had stains, needing bleached or replaced.Coffee maker dirty. full bathroom towel rack falls off. I didn't say anything until I left because I didn't drive 600 miles to come here and complain and watch someone try to fix the refrigerator & towel rack, instead I count on the place to be correct and ready when I get there. Not worth the money I paid. Get better with the maintenance and housekeeping and all would be good.
