It is fresh with new paint, new appliances, new kitchen remodel, all new furniture and new flooring! King Master Bedroom overlooks the Gulf of Mexico! Free Beach Chair/Umbrella Service (March 1-October 31) The queen sleeper sofa makes into a bed which allows this condo to sleep 4 comfortably. The location of this condo is priceless! The resort offers 3 hot tubs, 3 resort pools (two which are heated), poolside bar and grill and a grilling area for you to enjoy! Condo 2-1002 is located in Tower 2 on the 10th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25.

My husband and I really enjoyed our time here. The room was clean and had the amenities that were important to us. The view was beautiful and the proximity to the water was good. When we did have a question or a concern Farah was very responsive and helpful. The only downside would be that the chair and umbrella service, although free, was never set up before 8:30 or 9 am during our stay. If you want to be close to the water, bring your own chairs and shade. We enjoyed the ability to walk to Pineapple Willy's for lunch and pop over to the big box store for groceries and other necessities. The security and cleaning service teams seemed to always be working and were helpful. I would 100% recommend booking a stay here!

My granddaughter and I took our first girls trip. The Host was so easy to work with and kept in contact with us all during our stay making sure we didn’t need anything. We were in Tower 2-1002 with an amazing ocean view. The condo furnishings were nice and recently renovated. A family of 4 could easily stay there. The pool was nice. We were there in May so the pool water was a little cool. Would have been great if heated some. Loved that the parking was just out front and did not have to walk across the road. There was a security guard for the parking area to check in with when entering the gated property and you had to have a code to go out onto the beach and to re-enter the property thru a gate. Check in and out was so easy. I can’t wait to get to return.

Everything was such an easy process from the instructions to get there and what to do to check in. The condo has a perfect and beautiful view of the ocean and was clean and tidy with anything you could’ve needed for a vacation. We loved every minute staying here and will definitely be returning!
