About this apartment rental
Spacious and central, this home near Notre Dame packs a punch in terms of location as well as size. You're right on the banks of the Seine here with some of Paris' most sought after eateries just outside your door. Inside, it's a minimalist dream, with all-white walls, pale wood floors and spotlighting. Striking, industrial style furniture and riveted support columns take pride of place in the open-plan living room, and the modern kitchen is perfectly equipped for families cooking at home. There's a little office space if you're going to be working during your stay, and bedrooms are super comfortable. From here it's just a few steps to Saint-Michel Notre Dame metro station to get around the city, and you can easily walk to the Louvre and Musee d'Orsay.

Le Latin was perfectly located for exploring Paris…within walking distance of many attractions and close to the Metro. The apartment was well equipped, clean and the air conditionally worked well during a week of 32 degree temperatures. We were a three generation family group of six and everyone found the apartment to their liking. We would highly recommend!

Great location, easy to get out and be right at everything. Laundry is a plus, the dryer is fine but we mostly dried out clothes on the drying rack. It worked perfectly!

Location is ideal. It is on the main road, but faces the rear, so it is very quiet.

Large, attractive flat. Great location. Quiet. Loved the lift. Dorothy, the cleaning lady was kind and helpful. All went well for the week however cigarette smoke lingered heavily from previous renters. Air sprays, opening the window and using the fan did not eliminate the odor, which lingered in the curtains and furniture. The washing machine worked well but the dryer portion did not dry. Most thankful for the drying rack!Yes! Recommend this flat!!!
