About this apartment rental
enjoy the convenience of this beautifully located condo, just a short stroll from the beach. Inside, the bright and welcoming layout offers a comfortable living space alongside a well-appointed kitchen complete with stainless-steel appliances, a classic subway tile backsplash, and all the essentials for easy vacation dining. Start your mornings with your favorite coffee using either the drip coffee maker or the Keurig, which accommodates both K-Cups and ground coffee with the reusable filter provided. Surrounded by local restaurants, shops, and area attractions, this condo places you right in the heart of a perfect beach vacation.
Roof replacement work on Building B is scheduled to begin November 1 and is expected to last approximately one month. During this time, a portion of the parking lot will be blocked off, and guests may experience construction noise during daytime hours. No construction work is scheduled for weekends. We appreciate your understanding as this necessary improvement is completed.

We've had better. Construction was going on the entire time we were there, and we had no view. The ladies in the office were very kind and helpful our entire stay.

Small but functional. Great location. Would loved to be able to see beach from balcony. Close to anything we needed including restaurants and grocery store. Island Reality was very quick to help us with a refrigerator issue.

Upon entering the unit it appeared fairly clean, yet very small. My son and I came the first night and the other half of our party showed up the next day so we were extremely disappointed to find the bunk bedding dirty, and the sofa bed mattress to be covered in dirt, crumbs, yellow stains, and white mildew under the mattress. My teen ended up sleeping on the couch with sheets over the couch cushions and a towel as a blanket because the linens were thick heavy blankets. The unit doesn’t have an ice maker and had a teeny single ice tray for a unit that sleeps 4 and is oceanfront with no ice maker on site anywhere else. Sometimes it’s smaller details not always recognized by management that really make it a nice stay. It was a great location and enjoyed the surroundings and property as a whole.
