About this house rental
Welcome to The Sanctuary, perched on the top of Fallbrook and Oceanside. Our unique location offers stunning Panoramic 360° views from ocean to mountains at your private guest house. You’ll have full access to common areas on this beautiful 2.5 acre property including gardens alive with hummingbirds, fragrant blooms, fruit trees, orchard, stunning pool area with bbq and spa plus the monster 1200sf sunset deck with eye popping views over Fallbrook. You’re welcome to walk the property, relax poolside, enjoy the massive deck for sunset above the rest and hit the spa for star gazing.
This 600sf private unit has its own, private entry to the front and back so you can freely come and go as you please. You’ll have your own outdoor space and sitting area with beautiful views of Camp Pendleton’s open space, the ocean horizon, and all the way to the Cleveland National Forest. Your home consists of a large bedroom with a queen-sized bed and sitting area that can be separated from the dining area and kitchen with a privacy curtain. There is a walk-in closet that is big enough to accommodate the queen-size blow-up mattress if more sleeping surface is needed.
Enjoy the custom art and expansive view through the bay windows or cuddle up to your favorite show on the wall-hung TV. The dining nook has a built-in bench seat, two chairs, and a custom-repurposed ship hatch table. The kitchen has a green Smeg fridge, two-burner electric cooktop, sink, microwave, toaster oven, and all utensils and cooking equipment one should need.
The bathroom has a well-lit mirror, storage with a hair dryer, extra necessities, a rain/handheld combo shower, and a wash tower for your comfort.
The property beyond your personal space is 2.5 acres of pathways, a pool, a large deck with incredible views, and many other little areas to explore and enjoy. These are all common spaces where you may come across others. Enjoy, say hi, and be respectful.

Holy smokes, I was so impressed with this place. About halfway between San Diego and Newport Beach/Anaheim. I was here for a friends wedding at Botanica (which is right at the bottom of the hill) and it did not disappoint. Ian and Kimberly were amazing and so friendly, and so was Dino!! Place is perfect for one or two people, especially if you have friends nearby that can come and hang out by the pool or on the patio. I will absolutely be coming back here if I need to stay anywhere south of LA!
