The property features a large private patio, with a fire feature and ample seating for 8. Catch sunshine in one of the chaise lounges, or relax in shade with a book. The Desert Breezes gated community features four community pools with jacuzzis and one heated main pool, tennis courts. Common areas feature walkways throughout the greenbelt.
INDOORS
The living space features a large sectional sofa for 6 adults, 82in. smart TV with Sono sound bar, a beautiful bar and a gorgeous fireplace. The dining room provides comfortable dining for 6, and connects to the kitchen. Kitchen features a 2 person breakfast bar and a breakfast/lunch nook for six people. Kitchen is amply stocked for anyone who loves to cook. Property includes a parking garage for 1 vehicle, and washer and dryer. The driveway can accommodate two cars and additional overnight site parking is available.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
Main bedroom features a king bed, love seat, and a 75in. Smart TV. The main bath includes a walk-in closet, dual sinks, and plenty of counter space. The Guest Rooms one and two share the hallway bath, which features a tub/shower combination. Middle room features a king bed, large closet and a 55in. Smart TV. Guest bedroom number two features two twin beds, and a 40 in. TV with Roku, and wall closet. Each bedroom is equipped with ceiling a fan.

They sell everything from socks to Mercedes Benz.

There is an additional nonrefundable fee for pets.
One dog per reservation is permitted unless additional pets are approved in advance.
Dogs must be under 35 pounds and at least 12 months old, unless an exception is approved in writing by the property owner.
Due to insurance requirements, certain breeds and mixes may not be permitted, including Pit Bull/Pit Bull-type breeds, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Bullmastiffs, Boxers, and similar restricted breeds.
Any exception must be approved in writing before arrival. Please do not bring a pet that does not meet these guidelines without prior approval.
Guests are responsible for their pets throughout their stay and for any damage, excessive cleaning, odor removal, or other pet-related costs.
Pets should be well supervised and may not be left unattended when doing so could result in property damage, excessive barking, or disturbance to neighbors.
Pet requirements may vary by property based on homeowner preferences and insurance requirements.

Nice large house, well equipped, good location in a gated community with the pool steps away. Listing is accurate in its description. The home was beyond our expectations.

Very well laid out home. Lots of room. Very nice upgrades and modern appliances.Large, private patio with BBQ and outdoor heater. Very close to one of the five communal pools which we used frequently. A big hit with the children and never crowded.Palm Desert Vacation Properties were very helpful with any questions or requests we had.

Our stay was enjoyable. Nearby pool was heated but apparently it sounds like only some in the complex are heated over the winter, so not sure if they rotate the pool heating. Quiet and sunny location in complex with easy access to main roads, shopping and health care. Great complex to walk around anytime with few cars and people out and about. First impression inside is great. Well stocked with dishes and appliances with some food staples (check dates). Bed in main bedroom very comfortable and all bedrooms looked clean and inviting. Improvement suggestions: outside lounge mats were dirty and dusty, so we put towels on them when using, TV in one bedroom didn't connect properly but there are 3 TVs, so no problem for us, living room carpet didn't look clean, tile throughout dining room and living room appears to need a deep clean (noticeable when carpet lifted up), only one hair dryer and that didn't heat (being replaced), no telephone in unit so bring your own phone, sofa side lamps needed in living room to improve night time atmosphere (only dimmable overhead lights). We moved the twin bedroom lights to the living room side tables during our stay. We have stayed many times in the Desert Breezes timeshare section and came to love this complex. This was our first time renting a unit here and decided within a few days that we wanted to come back again to the same unit next year.

Our stay was excellent and the property was very clean, very spacious and functional. We stayed with my entire family but it was left to my elderly parent to do the check-in. The process and instructions were clear and easy to follow, they had no issues. The description of the property was clear and accurate. Also, the accessories within the kitchen we good and functional. The only item I would raise is that the TV services are not run through a traditional cable service. This was different for my parents and took some getting used to. That said, the TVs were great and very big.
We had one issue as the A/C broke down. The property manager was excellent and was able to get it repaired immediately, even though it was on a weekend. The repair company that completed the work was also excellent. Every time we contacted the property manager with question, the response was almost immediate.
We would definitely stay there again!
