This spacious 4-BR, 3-BA pet-friendly home with a private pool is designed to ensure everyone has a fantastic vacation experience. Just 1 mile from downtown Manteo and a quick 10-minute drive to the beach, our home offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility.

Welcome to your perfect Outer Banks getaway! Ideal for extended families or groups, this spacious single-level home sitting on 1 acre, features an adjoining guest suite and private pool and free EV charger.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen and Living Room: Whip up delicious meals and unwind in the cozy living room after a day of exploration. There is also a piano for your enjoyment.
• Enormous Outdoor Deck: Walk right out of the kitchen or from the suite onto the deck all connected to the pool. Enjoy peace and quiet and soak up the sun on our expansive private fully fenced in outdoor deck, perfect for family gatherings and evening barbecues.
• Extra Large Pool: Dive into fun and relaxation in our extra-large private (not heated) pool with full sun exposure, where the whole family can splash and play to their heart's content.
• Outdoor Yard and Firepit: Large lawn area with a firepit. Gather around the firepit under the stars, share stories, and roast marshmallows or hang out and play games on the lawn.
• Minutes to world class charter fishing out of Pirates Cove, Wanchese, and Oregon Inlet.
• We also have a Level 2 EV receptacle in the carport for guests to use.

The jets in the jacuzzi master tub did not work; that was disappointing. There are trees growing in the gutters, causing the eaves of the house to rot. The house is super clean, but it also appears as though it may still be a work in progress to update. In the master suite (back of the house), there are numerous paint marks on the ceiling and just certain areas that are not "finished." For the price (which is apparently exceptionally high in that area of the Outer Banks), I would have expected a more finished look. The pool and super HUGE back deck were exceptionally nice to have with our family event. The location of the house is easy to get to and close to the Festival Park and downtown Manteo. The neighborhood was quiet. I would stay here again for another family event as there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - plenty of space for the whole, extended family.

Well equipped. Can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t provided. Only 2 negatives are the hot water in the main house would get warm, not hot. And there are nails protruding from both bars stools that need to be hammered in or removed. Otherwise, would recommend this house, and would stay there again.

Beautiful neighborhood, great location in Manteo. Clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and well-supplied. We really enjoyed the huge deck and the pool.
