THE SPACE
Comfortable little hideaway located at the beach entrance near 5th/6th street. This sweet little cottage has everything you need for your beach therapy getaway. Home is set up for 2 guests. Bedroom has a queen bedroom, bathroom with shower, stackable washer and dryer, full kitchen, dining area and comfortable living room with a smart TV.
Limit 2 vehicles. No campers, trailers or boats allowed.
Disclosure: Home next door is under construction. Property Manger is not responsible and is not in control of any actions of other adjacent property owners. No refunds will be given for adjacent construction noise or inconvenience.
Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.
Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

only things keeping from a 5 star was the wifi was not reliable, and the shower head. otherwise was great, was super quiet and had all the essentials covered.

This is an adorable cottage in a gorgeous neighborhood. The neighbors around it were extremely friendly. The cottage is nicely decorated and has a sufficient amount of amenities. The bathroom is extremely small but sufficient for one person. This would be an ideal place for one person. The porch on front is very comfortable.
