Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Condo 2-202 is a perfect place to stay in Hawaii. Located next to the ocean, it is fully furnished with wonderful amenities, including a pool. Super comfortable 2 bedroom condo with the highlight being the large oceanfront lanai from where you can watch sunsets and the wave hitting the rocks. Complete kitchen allowed us to cook most dinners (lots of condiments available as well). The unit also has 2 beach chairs, 2 camping chairs, huge sun umbrella, beach towels, a small ice box on wheels and a number of snorkelling kits (mainly for kids). The parking spot is really close to the unit. We used the outdoor pool in the evenings after dinner. On the last day we discovered the property had direct access to a beach (north end of the property). There’s a shopping complex a few minutes away by car with a supermarket. Access to downtown Kona is super easy by car as well. The property managers provided quick responses to our inquiries before and throughout our stay. Overall we truly enjoyed our one week stay in this condo, quickly felt like home for our family of 3.

This condo needs some updating for sure. I own a condo in Montana and know how important it is to update.All the faucets are rusting and the refrigerator also. It could also use better lamps for reading. No instructions how to operate the remotes for the ceiling fans. The location is great with views of the water from the deck.The outdoor chairs are old and uncomfortable and also the chaise lounges need to be updated. Very confusing instructions how to use the TV, although we found that it only needs the 1 rake remote to work. Would also be helpful to have more extra bath towels.

Beautiful place except there was no ac & it was the 1st place i stayed at that i was asked to wash the towels & beddings when check out. Should not have charged too much of a cleaning fees if that was the case.
