This condo was perfect for my family of four. Master bedroom is nice & leads out to patio; master bath has an awesome shower! Guest bedroom has two single beds which was great for my teens. Everything was clean & tidy. The kitchen is efficiently equipped & there is plenty of seating in the living room. The patio looks out over the pond and offers a slight view of the ocean. Location is fantastic…right in the heart of east PCB!

The bathroom has no air vents. The sofa sleeper wasn't even fit for a dog to sleep on , we had to put a air mattress on top of it.
I have stayed at several units at Sugar Beach of this would be my last recommendation.
Also I had 2 charges on my credit card that was not on the contract that I signed and sent back to Realjoy.
