Caged pool, lounge seating, dining table shared access is yours for a refreshing swim, floating on the raft, lounging with a book, or working on your tan. Hammock swinging in woods for chill out time. Walking distance to fabulous dining, shopping, markets, movies, bar hopping and more. Ten minutes or short bike ride to famous Siesta Beach and charming Village with Key West style outdoor dining, music, and fun shops. Bike & motor scooter rentals. My aunt and I loved staying here and would absolutely recommend it! Communication with the host was great and the pool was very nice! The house was in a very quiet neighborhood and close to the beach and shops! Great experience!

My stay at Tropical Beach/Town Studio Apartment in Sarasota was just what I was looking for. I was there for two weeks and the location was perfect for me - I walked everywhere - downtown, to Southside Village, Publix, restaurants, etc. The accommodation was just lovely - clean, comfy bed, beautiful bathroom with jetted tub, outside patio with table and chairs and lounge chairs and access to the owners' pool that is amazing. So many amenities were provided - lots of towels, hair dryer, shampoo, soap, coffee/tea, sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, etc. When needing to contact the owner, she responded immediately.

Unit was very clean and quiet. Great access to everything. Wish we could have used the pool, but, it was just too cold.Overall a great trip.
