Lovely for 2, comfortable for 4 (on demand), in a quiet street in the heart of Trastevere for an authentic experience. Cozy and characteristic apartment is bright and elegant and has been furnished with distinctive refinements. Modern design, functional, stone fireplace and beam ceiling maintained to create a charming and warm atmosphere. Authorized by City of Rome Tourism Office. Walking distances: Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere San Pietro Campo de Fiori Piazza Navona.
It is located on the second floor of an ancient building. It comprises a large living room with a brand new, very comfortable and standard sofa bed for 2 person easy to open with one hand to be equipped on demand (size of the mattress Width 160 cm / 63 inch.- Lenght 195 cm / 76inch. - Height 18 cm / 7.4 inch.), A fully-equipped kitchenette and a double bedroom with a very comfortable and brand new bed, en-suite bathroom. Air conditioning in the bedroom and in the living room. Free WI-FI broadband available 24 H up to 20 mbps. The apartment offers a wonderful location on a very quiet street of Trastevere and easy access to the local amenities.
In less than 1 minute you find yourself in the middle of all that magic .. !!
Vicolo del Leopardo retains some characteristic aspects and has the atmosphere of a small village. ..Some historical trasteverin family still resists. It is one of the few streets of Rome, if not the only, where someone still hangs washing side to side. The cloths are still hung between a building and another and it is one of the most photographed street in Trastevere.
Very few cars circulate. The road is filled with large vessels with lush plants, arranged by the inhabitants. You can also reach most of the main touristic sites walking.
Walking distances: Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere - 3 min. Acqua Paola fountain - 4 min. (Set of The opening scene of the Oscar Paolo Sorrentino's -movie "The Great Beauty" - Campo de Fiori - 3 minutes. Piazza Navona - 5 minutes. Pantheon - 10 minutes. Colosseum - 20minutes. We stayed here for four nights as a family of four with two teenagers and had a very good experience. The apartment was spotless, the location was fantastic, and communication with the host was excellent. The sofa bed was already set up when we arrived, which was a nice touch.The only downsides were the bathrooms. The en suite offers very little privacy, as the shower and toilet are visible from the bedroom, and the second bathroom is extremely small. We also had a minor misunderstanding about airport pickup, as a driver was sent despite letting the host know we didn’t need one.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it, especially for its cleanliness, location, and attentive host.

This was a perfect spot. Andrea and his assistant were extremely helpful setting up transportation. Many good restaurants, bakeries and gelato stores were nearby. I would highly recommend.

The apartment was located in a busy and vibrant area of Trastevere but on a quiet tiny street with no traffic noise. The heating was efficient and the apartment was warm, important as this was January. Check in was quick and easy and the owner and assistant were pleasant to deal with. The photos online need to be updated and the issue of mould needs to be addressed, especially in the shower.
