Location was perfect, great view of pool and ocean from balcony. Minor miscommunication with some repair work being done during stay, the management company was very responsive and addressed the issue in a professional and satisfactory matter. We will definitely rent from them again if with go back to Sanibel next year.

Not only was the property exceptional,the manager at the property was very friendly and very helpful. He helped with luggage and groceries and gave us great recommendations for restaurants on the island. Elevator and grocery cartade hauling a breeze. The storage locker attached to the unit was well supplied with beach necessities. The washing machine was a bit tricky to use. Directions would be helpful. Also, bring everything, including salt and pepper! Loved it! So convenient to the beach and pool was great. Very quiet unit when we were there.

Wonderful family vacation in this lovely property! We've stayed in Sanibel and Captiva many times before but this was our first visit with other family members. Everything from the landscaping to the pool to the unit was beautifully maintained. Centrally located and very comfortable. Highly recommend this property for a great vacation. The property manager was professional and friendly, the rental agency made everything so easy and smooth that we wish they were handling all our vacations! Now if we could only fix the rental car situation at Fort Myers airport!
