About this house rental
Riverfront Rental Sits on a quiet street in downtown South Elgin. This home gives you complete access to the Fox River. The bedrooms are on the main level, along with a beautiful kitchen featuring cherry cabinets and an island with breakfast bar, and an awesome four-season porch overlooking the backyard and the beautiful river setting. The second-level loft has great natural light . Outside, you'll find concrete patio and walkway, and stairs leading down to the river and firepit. I don't allow any PARTIES!! of any kind ,NO smoking, No Pets . No eating in the bedrooms. PLEASE KNOW THAT I HAVE security cameras on my property outside. please follow and read all the house rules before booking.

Loved the laid back vibe of the house. Has everything you need and more. River is so relaxing and peaceful to watch. Came to area for a family reunion celebrating 3 couples 50th anniversaries, 2 high school graduations, 1 birthday and 1 re-marriage. Rejoyed sharing the home with my husband, sister and niece. Playing games, catching up and reminiscing. Definitely will be back if visit my famyin the area!

Unfortunately, the booking wasn’t available when we booked, however, the host was excellent on communication and the refund process was super easy. We will try to use this listing again in the future.

The property is as good as advertised. We were looking for a getaway that had riverfront access and this spot really fit the bill.
