Please note that this unit allows for a 4pm check-in and 10am check-out. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to stay, and party events are not permitted. This is a no-smoking, no pets property. With your comfort and safety in mind, the property comes equipped with essentials like a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, first aid kit, and a private entrance, to ensure a worry-free stay. Communication was excellent, every question was answered or resolved quickly. The property itself was roomy, if a little tired and in need of some TLC. There were some issues which really needed resolving, especially the cracks in the tiled flooring. Also the dining chairs were not safe to sit on, all the legs on the chairs were loose. We were disappointed in the pool heating, as we paid for the pool to be heated, only to find on arrival that the heating was timed and not on for the duration of our stay. Having owned a villa and rented it for over 15 years in Florida, I would have never charged for heat and not informed guests that there were stipulations on this. If we had this information prior to booking, we would have made a more informed choice on the charge.However the host did include some little extras like a welcome basket and cleaning products which were a welcome extra. The complex and amenities were good including pool, games room, cinema and bar.We would book again, but the health and safety issues do need addressing.
