It is nestled on a large lot with ample, serene, outdoor spaces for guests to enjoy. Steps from Chester Creek park and the expansive Anchorage trail system. The apartment is a bright 1140 square foot downstairs unit with a separate entrance and all the privacy of a single until. Enjoy the dedicated outdoor spaces including parking, a fully stocked kitchen, private laundry, fireplace, and fast Wi-Fi. A smart TV is provided for access to Netflix, Amazon, and similar accounts. It is tastefully decorated with rustic glam with an Alaskan spin. The bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains for peaceful sleep under the midnight sun.
