This Charleston style Southern mansion, located just one mile from Pine Manor, has five bedrooms, an old fashioned 5 bed attic bedroom, and 4.5 baths, the 10,000 square foot Oak Manor is the second largest guest house at Pine Manor Estates. It sits on over 10 acres with two private stocked lakes, private movie room, library and man cave with poker table. Enjoy warm Southern Illinois afternoons and cool southern cocktails on the grand porch, time seems to have a way of just slowing down to the perfect pace at Oak Manor.

A wonderful property, what you see in the posting isn't just what you get, it is much more than that.Exceptionally well appointed, you aren't missing anything in the kitchen. The huge refrigerator in the garage is great for your overflow of food and beverages, and the ice machine out there is a great benefit as well. The mini fridge by the bar is great to have so you don't need to run back to the kitchen when making drinks.Comfortable furniture, and plenty of tables/table space, especially important for us since we were a group of 11 gamers getting together for a special event, we never packed for a place to setup our games. Outdoors you have a nice view of the entire complex, right on the pound with multiple levels to enjoy the view. A tremendous walking path just steps from the back deck.Betsy is a great host, quick to respond and pleasant to talk with.

An amazing home! The perfect secluded area, but still so close to civilization!! The two lakes right by the house were amazing. The movie room was so nice and we loved the pool area that was just a 1 minute drive away! The massive fridge, deep freezer, and ice maker were huge perks. Also every person had an actual SUPER comfy bed to sleep on. 10/10 super luxurious and resort feels for southern Illinois.
