This is the gem of Manhattan! Charming and cozy- not cold and empty. This felt like a home full of love! Excellent location close to the campus and amenities. We spent our mornings drinking coffee and tea on the porch swing under the wrap around porch. The kitchen has everything you may need and the welcome gifts of jelly and pastries were a wonderful, heartfelt surprise. The bedrooms were comfortable and the AC greatly appreciated. We enjoyed reading the extensive family history about the property. This home will forever be included in the memory of our daughter’s KSU graduation. Thank you

Conveniently located to Manhattan city center and K-State campus. The house was perfect for our group of 4 for the weekend. It is always nice to have a whole house to ourselves instead of a noisy hotel. We especially loved sitting on the front porch enjoying morning coffee. The little extras of provided coffee, bottled water and pastries was very much appreciated. Rachelle was a gracious host. Highly recommend.

Only the best host in the history of ever. This multi generation family homestead has been lovingly maintained. A great little piece of history there!
