Overall great location, close drive to town and attractions. Could be a little cleaner but overall decent condition. Cabin had everything it described.

I would definitely stay at this cabin again !
My only complaint but a big one was the new cabin being built right outside the balcony made it very noisy so sitting outside on that trip didn’t happen especially when the roof was being installed and then they showed up to cut trees down. Would have been nice to have known ahead of time so we could have been . prepared.

Property had maintenance issues when arrived. Many lights were out in kitchen/dining area (6 of 9) out. Not enough towels for first showers. Sink nit draining. TVs not working but maintenance responded quickly. Ice maker not working in kitchen. Windows were open when we arrived so was quite cold in cabin. Reported broken window when we arrived to maintenance. Cabin needs extensive cleaning ie: main air intake in hall first floor is filthy. Also vents in basement covered with dirt. Cabin suppose to be handicap accessible but it's not! There are two steps to get on porch and one is slanted. Also first floor bathrooms have to step up and over to get in. This is not accessible. Other than these issues the cabin is very nice and we had a great time.

The cabin is in a great location just off the main drag in Pigeon Forge. It was a good size for 7 adults and 4 kids with five full bedrooms. Our experience was fine but could’ve been great with just a bit more attention to detail. About half of the TVs in the cabin worked properly and the internet never worked during our stay (we were told there was a widespread outage, but even after that was restored we still didn’t have WiFi). Most of the lamps didn’t work. Some of the bedding had stains. Nothing that ruined our stay but again just felt like the amenities could use an update to make it a spot that we’d want to come back to.
