Summary:
Welcome to The Lodges at Eden Reserve! Enjoy the gorgeous Kentucky countryside, and the close proximity to everything Williamstown, KY and the area has to offer when you stay in this safari-themed tent! Located only a couple miles from downtown Williamstown in a beautiful rural setting, just off Interstate 75. Easy access to Williamstown Lake and the Ark Encounter makes Eden Reserve the perfect spot to experience the best of Williamstown, and enjoy the comfort of this rustic safari tent!
The Space:
This gorgeous "safari tent" has everything you need for a getaway in Williamstown KY! Inside the tent you will find two bedroom zones with a queen bed and a twin/full bunk! You'll also have a mini fridge and coffee maker, with complimentary coffee, creamer, sugar, and tea. A small dining table and overhead AC/Heating unit complete the cozy space for the comfortable accommodation of up to 5 guests! Bathrooms are located in a bathhouse with 4 private, full bathrooms, at the top of the hill which is designated for the exclusive use of our safari tent guests!
Outside, you will find some outdoor seating on the deck, a charcoal grill, and a fire ring. Enjoy plenty of outdoor space to explore, including walking trails, scenic ponds, and an exciting playground alongside two communal picnic pavilions/and gas grills!

Note that wheelchairs and walkers may have trouble with the gravel drive and slopes to and from the tents. Tent G features a raised grill and easily-accessed fire and picnic area for those with mobility issues.
Also note that there is an emergency medical helicopter pad and a highway nearby. The helicopters take off and land occasionally, creating noise. But are also fun for kids to watch as they come and go!

If you are sensitive to noise (highway noise, helicopters, other campers, etc.), we recommend bringing earplugs or a white-noise machine or using the white noise features/apps on your smart phone.
Guest Access:
Entry is by door code. Guests have access to the entire tent. Access is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight. Guests have access to the bathhouse which features 4 private, full bathrooms (1 is fully ADA Accessible).
The Neighborhood:
This tent is located in the rural Williamstown area, along interstate 75, and a short drive to downtown Williamstown. The popular Ark Encounter attraction is only one exit away! You are also close to Williamstown Lake, and only a 45-minute drive to downtown Cincinnati and the Creation Museum, and a 1 hour drive to Lexington, KY!
Getting Around:
Driving a rental or personal vehicle is your best option in this beautiful, rural area of Kentucky.
Other Things to Note:
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent.
Guests are not permitted to park in the tent area. Designated parking is located beside the bathhouse, about 300 feet up the slope. Cars parked on the grass or for extended periods of time near the tents will be towed at the owner's expense.
Being located a few hundred feet from a major highway, and a short distance from a medevac helicopter landing pad, there is a potential for a lot of noise.
Running water and bathrooms are located in the bathhouse, there is no plumbing in the tents.
Wifi may be limited.

We are always a message or phone call away if assistance is needed.
We will not enter inside the property during your stay, unless requested, without prior notice or permission.
Please note that our maintenance and cleaning teams may need to access the exterior of the property, without prior notice, to perform routine maintenance like mowing, cleanup, trash removal, etc.

Jeremiah was a wonderful host. His communication was both friendly and quick. The tents are cute and what you would expect. It was very humid and rainy, and the tent stayed dry and cool. The shower houses are up a hill a ways and would be hard to walk to if you have any mobility issues. However, they were very nice (have A/C) and well-stocked (they even provide body wash, shampoo, and conditioner). They were kept as clean as they could keep them; unfortunately, we were staying at the same time as some guests who were not clean and did not act graciously with other people's things. We walked into messes more than once, again, not because they weren't cleaned, but because we stayed with some gross adults/kids who think they don't need to clean up their own messes. We only had to put up with this for a couple of days, thank goodness. The messy people didn't show up till the weekend. The free firewood was a nice touch! The fire pits are very nice. The grounds were kept nicely, and we enjoyed one of the walking trails when it wasn't raining. You are very close to a Dollar General, which is nice. Don't forget to hit up Beans Coffee and get some butter cookies. They are fantastic!Some things to know: take earplugs. The tents do not deaden any noise, and you will hear EVERYTHING. Sack your trash and take it in every night or put it in the dumpster. The raccoons can and will get in the trash and make a mess, even if you think you have it secured; they are smart.

The tent was great. Small footprint inside, but there was only my husband and myself. It rained everyday we had expected that, kept dry and warm inside. Bathrooms were always clean, just a walk up the hill. Great experience!

Overall, it was a pleasant family experience. The tents are close enough that you can hear all the neighbors conversations and activities from their tents and vice versa. All essentials/amenities listed, were provided. The bathhouse was very well maintained and clean. We used the grill for breakfast and supper so keep in mind thet you may need to bring utensils, pans, bowls ,charcoal, lighter fluid etc. for grilling. We are pleased with our experience!

We loved the location and how peaceful it was. I'm a senior and I found that walking to the bathroom in the middle of the night uphill got old but we were told about that so I expected it. We had the tent that was the one farthest from the bathrooms, which didn't help. The only thing I was upset about was they had a coffee pot, coffee but no water or cups. Didn't understand that. I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area.
