We had a great week at The Lost Loggerhead. Beautiful home with amenities exactly as described. Everything we needed was there. Great communication with the owners before and during the stay. Already looking forward to returning next year!

This house was well equipped, especially the kitchen. Plenty of space for a family to spread out. Responsive owner.

Me and 7 of my friends who were all 17-18 years old needed a place to stay for our senoir trip. When we saw the lost loggerhead we knew that was the house we would be staying at. Not only is it an extremely clean and well managed house, it also has so much beach equipment that you don’t even have to bring any of your own. The outdoor shed has everything from cornhole and bikes to boogie boards and beach umbrellas and so much more. There is lots of space inside and outside the house for everyone to have their own privacy but the giant living room makes it easy for everyone to come together as well. On the other hand, the hosts are extremely responsive. They were on vacation internationally when we stayed and they gave me contact information for Jan who was down the road and willing to help at any second. Jan is an incredibly kind and patient women that we much appreciated. I would 100% recommend this house to anyone whether it be adults, teens, or kids. I will definitely be sure to stay here next time I come to Avon.
