The Space:
Our condo is air conditioned! Don't believe anyone who says you don't need A/C in the summer - the condos along the beach are extremely hot on summer days.
Guest Access:
Door PIN will be sent just prior to your arrival. Please note it doesn't activate until your scheduled check-in time.
Other Things to Note:
There is possible construction noise from our neighbor Mon - Sat during work hours. By booking, you are aware that loud noise won't be an issue for you and there will be no discounts or refunds given if construction occurs during your stay.

Place was cute and location was prime. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Steps away from the sand. Would definitely book again. Communication with Nick and Amy were fantastic.

My experience with this VRBO was excellent! It was very clean inside and out. Amazing location right on the beach. They provided all plates, cups, utensils for our meals. They also provided chairs and beach towels so we can enjoy the beach without the hassle of bringing our own. Highly recommend!
