Above all, it's the opportunity to make memories. Come and experience the sunset over the lake as green frogs sing their serenades. Watch the moon glide beneath the stars, lighting up the night sky. Stay up late playing board games and wake up to the sun peeking over the treetops. Be our guest and welcome the memories. Our lake home enables you to make whatever you'd like of the experience. The private pier and beach are the perfect places to soak up the sun and build some sandcastles. We offer complimentary fishing gear to lighten your travel load as well. Our entertainment room is complete with a TV, surround sound system, foosball table, and a collection of board games all ready to help you make the most of a night in. Two master suites and a third bedroom have full bathrooms, allowing for social distancing even within the house. A gas fireplace in the entertainment room is sure to keep you warm and provide just the right ambiance on cool, summer nights.
We now offer contactless check-in! As such, we have installed security cameras on the exterior of the home. One faces the driveway and one is positioned on the back porch.

We very much enjoyed our time here. The house was big enough for 6 adults and 2 kiddos. Little ones loved the beach. Appreciated the use of boats. Basement added more living space and was not "basementy" because of the windows and doors. and doors overlooking the lake.

The Lakehouse Paradise certainly lived up to its name. Our family of 4 adults found this a welcome retreat from the real world. From the moment we arrived and looked out from the deck, we knew that this is just what we needed. We took advantage of the kayaks, paddleboat and canoe as well as our floating loungers and snorkels. We really appreciate how clean (free of weeds) the lake is. Watching the weed harvester kept us fascinated for more than an hour.
This lake is so peaceful and full of wildlife. We had deer and cranes right on the beach. Our bird app identified over 15 different species by sound. At night we lit a fire and gazed at the stars that we can't see at home.
We ventured out to hike Observatory Hill and around Ennis Lake at John Muir County Park. The vintage movie theater in Montello is a gem. We enjoyed pizza and beer at Rendezvous / Montello Brewing Co. The 5 falls downtown are also cool.
The house had everything we could have asked for as well and we didn't even have time to use the hot tub. We look forward to trying this next time. We will definitely be back.

Clean, well-stocked house with a lovely lake view in a very quiet neighborhood. Two floors, with an easy main-level option for folks with mobility issues. The home decor would be most appealing to hunting, fishing, and Christian renters.
