Opus 505's north/south-facing position provides a desirable side view of the Atlantic Ocean, with beautiful views from the oversized private balcony and the condo's south-facing windows. Enjoy spectacular sunrises over the ocean while relaxing on the balcony, then take advantage of the peaceful, residential atmosphere of Daytona Beach Shores.
The spacious primary suite features a king bed and a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a tiled shower and 6-foot garden soaking tub. The first guest bedroom has two queen beds, while the second guest bedroom has one queen bed, allowing the condo to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.
The living room features a 50" TV and entertainment center with a music and DVD library. The kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances, cooking and baking utensils, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Guests will also find thoughtful extras including beach chairs, beach toys and beach towels.
The Opus building combines the privacy of a beachfront condominium with resort-style amenities. Spend the day on the beach, relax beside the heated oceanfront pool, soak in the hot tub, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy a game of billiards in the club room.
Opus is conveniently located just minutes from the Daytona Beach Boardwalk & Pier, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, Port Orange shopping and dining, and Ormond Beach's coastal attractions. You'll enjoy the quieter atmosphere of Daytona Beach Shores while remaining close to the area's restaurants, attractions and entertainment.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.

From the planning phase to the first day and the entirety of my stay, I felt very comfortable and happy with the cleanliness the instructions and the availability for help. Everything was stocked well and the entire condo and everything function as it should. Definitely coming back.

This was a wonderful condo. The check in was very easy and we got in at 3am! We had no problems. The condo had all of the essentials we needed and was very clean and just a beautiful condo. Many places to eat, visit, or just hang at the pool or beach. The manager at the condo was very friendly and helpful. Had a wonderful trip

We were able to check in early and had no problems with the process. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful.The entire condo was spotless and close to everything we needed. We truly had a wonderful time. Thank you!

My family enjoyed the comfortable beds and spaciousness overall. We weren't thrilled about the construction next door but it was still a nice place. Nicely decorated. A true ocean front would have been better. The windows were dirty so you couldn't see well looking out.
