The walk out lower level offers an additional room with two twin beds, a game room, and another TV 50" area with a pull out sleeper sofa.
Step outside to enjoy the wooded privacy of the yard or relax on the spacious back porch. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the refreshing outdoor shower—a true Cape Cod tradition. One of the upstairs bedroom had MANY flying insects, so much that our grandkids refused to sleep there. The bedroom in the basement had a broken window and frogs came in so the kids wouldn't sleep there either. That left us with a house that was advertised to be a 4 bedroom home with two bedrooms. The local realtors worked with us and were very responsive to remedy the issues but nature won. they settled on giving us a financial recovery

Home was pretty and great location. But, the bed linens had bugs all over them in 2 of the bedrooms. My mother had to vacuum the rooms and wash all the bed linens. Flying ants and spiders were a constant battle all week. On walls, floors, shower and sinks. There has to be some sort of infestation upstairs. We communicated this to the agent but there didn't see to be much concern. We left the home in better condition then when we arrived. We sprayed for bugs and cleaned. Its a shame because its a pretty home.
