Andy and his assistant were great in hosting our first trip to NYC ever. The apartment clean, organized and charming. The location was a fun adventure that really lets you feel like a local. Already planning another trip back later this year and my entire group has requested we stay at Andy’s place again!

This rental is on the corner of Mulberry and Hester smack dab in the middle of little Italy. The area of Soho, The Bowery, Chinatown, the East and West Village are all within walking distance if your fit. The restaurant downstairs has live music some nights which was an absolute pleasure. Highly recommend for those who want to be where the action is.

Great location, worked well for the four of us to get all around town easily. The apartment was clean and comfy. Great communication and we were able to drop our stuff off early because we needed to check out of our hotel. Be prepared that the restaurant downstairs can be loud some nights, but doesn’t last too long or go too late, so didn’t interrupt our sleep at all. We had a great time!

Easy check-in…Allan met us at the apartment and brought our bags up. Excellent location between Little Italy and Chinatown. Vibrant neighborhood. Would stay here again.
