About this apartment rental
65 square meters apartment for up to 3 people with a private courtyard of 22 s.m.. It is composed of an entrance hall, Bedroom with two single beds and ensuite bathroom, Double bedroom, Second bathroom,Living room, Dining area, Kitchenette and private courtyard. We provide bed linen and bath towels. We also provide shampoo and shower gel.
The neighborhood is the "high" area of Cannaregio. Very central and convenient for all the main and most central attractions of the historic center. With 5 minutes walk you arrive at the Rialto bridge in the area of the beautiful and traditional market, and with 5 minutes walk you arrive in Piazza San Marco.
A medium-sized supermarket (co-op) stocked with any product is located right under the house. There is also a fruitgrocer, a grocery store, a barber shop, several bars, restaurants and a pizzeria. It is a very lively and very comfortable neighborhood.

The apartment was very roomy and quite nice. There was a grocery store a few doors down from the unit and lots of shops and cafes.

It was in a good location, but there was a lot of water damage on the hallway and bedroom wall and damage to the ceiling in the bathroom that were not visisble in the pictures.

The apartment was eclectically decorated. The kitchen was very narrow with aging appliances. The only item we used was the electric water kettle for tea. There was a microwave but it did not work. One bedroom had its own bathroom but there was no door on the shower. As you can imagine taking a shower was difficult. The house bathroom was adequate. The toilet seat was very loose and I could not tighten it sufficiently. The bedroom were a good size, the beds comfortable and the sheets soft. The heater outside one bedroom leaked but the landlord never came to fix it. I had to place a towel down to collect the water as the floor is tile and slippery wet.
