I had a wonderful stay in this room in Venice. My family and I was warmly welcomed, and the room was absolutely beautiful and spotless. The staff did an excellent job, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. I’d like to give a special thanks to Emelda, who welcomed us for breakfast—she was so kind and attentive. I absolutely loved staying in this room, and the location is perfect, close to everything. I highly recommend this room to anyone visiting Venice!

The location of our stay was good and the suite was clean and staff very friendly. We would love to give it 5 stars because the owner, Andrea, made an effort to address our concerns by replacing the bed after the first night which greatly improved our comfort. We had requested to change rooms because there was an annoying noise coming from the laundry room next to ours. Unfortunately, we were unable to move rooms.
The wifi and cell service were poor and the Air
Conditioning wasn’t strong enough to cool the room.
The ceilings in this particular suite were very low and this made it difficult for my husband who is a tall large guy. I normally choose our stays based on the height of rooms. The room 104, we had, had low ceilings compared to the photos I saw online, unfortunately.
The breakfast was decent, but the breakfast room was very warm, so you break a sweat before you’ve even started your day.
I have to say, all in all, it was a positive experience because the sincere effort was made to improve our comfort. Also, the bottle of wine upon arrival and the excellent communication made our stay in Venice a memorable one.
