The location is perfect. Just in the middle of shopping district and just about 1-2 mins walk to Piazza San Marco. Also everywhere else is walking distance, Rialto bridge was a 4-5 mins walk. Very nice place in terms of location and comfort.
It's not that I didn't like it. It's just that these are old buildings and I knew that there won't be lift. But I traveled with my dad who is 71 years old, but he didn't complain, he loved the antics of the place. But please consider if you have elderly travellers.

I liked the location which was central to San Marco square and close to the ferry to the airport.
The second room was too small and I was glad that my third guest was not able to come it would have been very cramped for three adults.

Location was excellent, great telephone contact with host
Apartment is on 3rd floor, which wasn’t clear at time of booking. it’s looking a bit tired and could do with a refresh. Apartment had been cleaned but shower had mould on the tiles in the shower.
