This apartment is surrounded by many activities and restaurants. This is the perfect choice for families with kids given the tools made available precisely thought for children.
The apartment is on the ground floor and it has a main bedroom, an open spaced living room connected with the kitchen.
Comfort is guaranteed by the followings:
kettle, Italian coffee machine, coffee maker with Nescafè coffee pods, microwave, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, drying rack...
Entertainment is also made available by free wifi, flat screen tv, and the many restaurants and attractions of the city.
Air condition and heating match the necessity of the guests, together with the new generation memory foam mattress necessary for a good night sleep, after a long day of sightseeing.
Casetta di Foscolo welcomes also small guests, proving child seat, wc adapter, crib, baby bottle, stroller (0-36 months), changing table and much more.

This was a great place in a good location in Venice. It was quiet and far enough removed from touristy areas to give us a taste of the “real” Venice! Our only issue was with check in. We arrived at 2:45, and were not able to check in even 15 minutes early, leaving us stranded on the streets of Venice after an overnight international flight. We understand check-in time was 3:00pm, but the lack of flexibility for such a short amount of time was a bit frustrating. We did not receive any check-in information until mid morning the day of, including address and access info. There was also an issue with the locks - we were not aware that the front door shouldn’t be locked with the key. This was not made clear in the information we did receive. A neighbor in the building approached us and was rather unkind, raising her voice at us for several minutes for not “knowing better”. When we reached out to the host about this ordeal, that communication was not super helpful.Other than check-in and communication, this was a lovely stay in a lovely city.

Location was perfect. Quiet - but close to everything. Loved exploring and this was a perfect spot. Apartment was super clean and spacious. Hosts were easy to get in touch with and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!!

Honestly, the apartment was nice and comfortable. The best shower of anywhere we’ve stayed on this trip to Italy. However, the coldness is f the check-in process and communication with the host is what made our stay less than it could have been. There is no contact with a human except for the call to “finally” get the code to access the property. All communications is with a “virtual” assistant (AI) and I had to keep telling that AI “bot” that yes we were at the door over and over before I wrote in all caps that “YES! WE ARE AT THE DOOR NOW!!!!!” And finally a person called with a code. At checkout the AI bot text us our instructions and they were kind of cold as well. Other than that, all was well. ;-/. ;-)
