The spacious layout includes 3 Kings, 2 Twin-over-Full Bunk Beds, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa, along with two inviting living areas. From the moment you enter, the open living room with wall-to-wall glass overlooking the golf course creates a bright, airy atmosphere, while an additional living space with a pull-out sofa offers views of the pool.
The heart of the home is the luxury kitchen, equipped with high-end appliances, a large island, and seamless flow into the dining and living spaces. A wet bar adds sophistication, perfect for entertaining. Multiple dining areas—indoors and outdoors—allow you to enjoy meals with stunning views of the golf course or under the stars by the private pool. The primary suite features a spa-like bathroom and direct outdoor access, providing a peaceful retreat, while the bunk room is ideal for kids. Home was in a great location on Heron Point next to bike path, quick ride to clubhouse and the beach. Kitchen, laundry and baths all redone. Pool area private. Furniture and decor throughout was new. Overall very nice property. Only issues were the Master bedroom was warmer than the rest of the house so the kids rooms were freezing because we had to run the air more to cool the master. Also the landscapers came the last 3 days we were there and sprayed weeds, trimmed bushes and laid pine needles. This was in addition to the 2 times they mowed and fertilized. Unfortunately it was always when we were either using the pool or trying to go out. And we had dogs so we had to keep avoiding the yard.

The walking and bike trail through the golf course accessible one house down from the property is really nice! We loved our stay here and everything was perfect!
