Welcome to your Orlando retreat at Solterra Resort, a spacious 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom vacation home designed to accommodate up to 14 guests. Featuring five en-suite bedrooms, themed rooms, a private screened pool with an attached spa, and no rear neighbors, the property provides an excellent setting for families and groups looking to enjoy the theme parks while also making time to relax at the resort.

Inside, the property features central air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a family room with a flat-screen TV, and a TV in every bedroom. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided, along with an in-home washer and dryer, hair dryers, an iron, and an ironing board. A Pack ’n Play is also available free of charge.

The outdoor area is one of the property’s main highlights. The private screened pool measures approximately 12 x 24 feet, with a depth ranging from 3 to 5 feet. Its southwest-facing position is ideal for enjoying time outdoors, while the absence of rear neighbors provides additional privacy. The area also features outdoor furniture, a covered lanai, a child safety fence, and an attached spa.

CLUBHOUSE & AMENITIES ACCESS

Guests who wish to use the Solterra Resort clubhouse amenities are required to pay a one-time Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee directly at the clubhouse front desk.

The fee is US$35 for groups of 1 to 12 guests or US$45 for groups of 13 guests or more, per home, per reservation. Payment must be made through Square using a credit or debit card. Cash is not accepted.

Walt Disney World: approximately 11 miles.
SeaWorld: approximately 18 miles.
Orange County Convention Center: approximately 18 miles.
Universal Orlando: approximately 23 miles.

PARKING

The property has 2 reserved parking spaces directly in front of the home.

A maximum of 5 vehicles is permitted per residence. Parking passes must remain clearly visible.

EXTRA SERVICES

Extra services must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

BBQ Grill: US$60 plus 13.5% tax for the entire stay. Guests are responsible for replacing the propane tank when necessary. The fee covers final cleaning and normal wear and tear of the equipment.

Pool Heating: US$35 per day, with a minimum purchase of 2 consecutive days. The service must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. The maximum temperature is 95°F (approximately 35°C). Because the system uses heat-exchange technology, its performance depends on outdoor weather conditions. No refunds will be issued if cold weather prevents the water from reaching the desired temperature.

Pets: US$135 per pet, per stay. This is a one-time fee for the entire stay and is not charged per night. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, with a maximum weight of 35 lb each.

Check-in: from 4:00 PM | Check-out: by 10:00 AM.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: US$80 each, upon request and subject to availability.
