We have furnished this home with you in mind, 2-car garage, covered porch, patio, sun balcony with awing & outdoor shower! 1 1/2 blocks to the beach and just steps away from pool,!
Miramar Palms is a quiet family oriented neighborhood with just 10 homes, private cove and pool and close to all of the activities for you and your family!
The Main Floor Master bedroom and bath with King-sized bed, dresser, high-speed wireless internet throughout, roomy separate shower, oversized tub, large walk-in closet, double vanity.
2nd floor bedroom with a Queen bed, large private sun balcony, walk-in closet, TV. The 3rd bedroom upstairs, Bedroom a twin over full bed bunks and a twin bed, TV/DVD and large closet. Spacious shared bath with double vanity and shower/tub.
Full kitchen, dining table seats 6 with 2 additional chairs at the breakfast bar. Relax and enjoy the special time at the beach.

The house was nice & clean. Beds a bit firm & hard. Area was nice & beach was about an 8min walk. No grill available & the charcoal Grill left was filthy that someone left. If you cook like we do you'll need to use the oven. The back patio is small but nice. We liked the area around it as well. Went on several walks nightly. Pool very nice & close too less than a 2mun walk. We did have a little run in w/ SeaStar Reality. We didn't appreciate Lewis's comment. They have a VERY low rating. Other than that it was good for the week.

Excellent location. We did get a golf cart which I’d recommend ! Alvin’s lets ya park there if you ask first or just go to public parking. Beach in general was SO crowded and unlike any other year we have gone. But this rental was great and private esp with a garage AND fenced in back area with a sitting area too! Cute !!!! Only bummer is they don’t include beach rental setup BUT you can spend daily in front of Pompano joes for chair umbrella set up for 60 bucks the guy sits there and takes cash only.

This property is in a great location with a great layout. If traveling with a toddler or any pet unable to climb stairs, I would recommend bringing your own baby gate.

The house was clean and looked even nicer than the pictures. It was in a great location close to the beach and central to everything. Nice quiet area and friendly neighbors.
Unfortunately Sea Star Vacations property manager (Lewis) was not very good. We had a smoke detector beeping one night and he said he wouldn't send anyone out to fix it until morning so I had to go out and buy a battery and replace it myself so my kids could sleep. Before the trip I asked about beach toys, grill or other amenities at the house I was told there were none when in fact they did have a grill and quite a few pool and beach toys. The beach access code was incorrect and no codes were given for the restrooms at the pool. He was also rude to my wife. There are lots of property management companies out there. I recommend the owners get a new one.
