Welcome to Ciboney 2009, a beautiful coastal retreat in the heart of Miramar Beach! This spacious 3-bedroom condominium offers comfortable accommodations for up to six guests and beautiful water views, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing Emerald Coast getaway. The open living area provides a comfortable place to unwind after a day at the beach, while the private balcony offers a wonderful spot to enjoy the coastal scenery.
Location is everything, and Ciboney 2009 puts you just 0.2 miles from the sugar-white sands of Miramar Beach. Guests enjoy convenient community beach access, along with seasonal complimentary beach service featuring two chairs and an umbrella. When you're ready for a break from the sand, the community offers a pool, tennis courts, and pickleball.
Whether you're spending your days on the beach, enjoying the community amenities, or exploring everything Miramar Beach and the Emerald Coast have to offer, Ciboney 2009 is a wonderful home base for your vacation. With comfortable living spaces, complimentary Wi-Fi, two parking spaces, and a location close to the area's dining, shopping, and attractions, this condo has everything you need for a memorable beach getaway.

For safety and security, this vacation rental home is equipped with external door camera on front door.
This condo is dog friendly. You must pay a pet fee (please inquire about cost before booking) and provide up to date shot records. Designated pet area on parking lot side of property.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing extra vehicles, a trailer or RV.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
