Welcome to Depot suite, your charming downtown retreat situated right across from the Blue Ridge Scenic Train. This inviting suite offers a plush king bed, an indoor electric fireplace perfect for cozy evenings, and a TV for your entertainment.
Enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee from your in-room coffee maker as you start your day, and unwind in your private bathroom featuring a convenient shower-tub combo. Step out onto your own balcony for a partial view of the Blue Ridge Scenic Train passing by—a unique touch to your stay.
For your convenience, common guest laundry facilities, including a washer and dryer, are available in the hallway, making it easy to keep your wardrobe fresh during your stay.

Guest Security & Verification Requirements:
We take the safety and security of our guests and properties seriously. To help prevent fraudulent bookings and ensure a secure stay, all guests are required to complete our online hotel-style check-in process before arrival.

- Sign the Rental Agreement.
- Upload a valid government-issued ID for identity verification.
- Select one of the following options for property protection:
1. Damage Waiver – A one-time $30, non-refundable fee that provides coverage for eligible accidental damage and mishaps.
2. Refundable $500 Security Deposit Hold – A temporary authorization hold that is released 3 - 5 business days after the stay, provided there is no eligible damage or violation of the rental terms.
This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town!
We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews.
While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.
Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. Guests are required to complete the guest screening booking requirement, to avoid cancellation of the reservation.

This is an amazing property. Perfectly located in downtown Blue Ridge, there is easy access to all that is going on in the shops and attractions in the downtown area, as well as surrounding towns. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. Communication with the hosts was seamless and flawless. The only “negative”, and it’s a very small one, is that there is one thermostat that controls the temperature in all rooms. It got a little chilly at times but the electric fireplace warmed the room up nicely and quickly when needed in the evening when the temperature dropped. Overall a fantastic week and we will be back!

Thank You so much for everything!! It was great. My wife was super surprised by the flowers. And thank you for going the extra mile to get the balloon and the Happy Birthday sign. She loved it. We enjoyed being able to walk to things and enjoy the atmosphere. It felt like we were the only ones staying there. We sat on the back deck on Friday afternoon and enjoyed conversation and the weather. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The smell of home cooking was driving us crazy. I know we will be back in the future. Thanks for having us!

The check-in was confusing. Another guest also arrived the same time and had the same problem trying to get into the property. No chairs on our balcony and it faced a lackluster street. The online version showed our view to be looking at the train station. It was not. No view. Basic amenities. Just average . Nothing special. No ice available.
