Newly Renovated UNIT 3X1: Perfect for those who can't wait to dip their toes in the sand, this ground floor one-bedroom condo is just steps from the beach ... and from the pool, as well!
The new kitchen and living room feature a direct "you can almost touch it" view of the gulf, and the sandy tones continue into the master bedroom and bath. Flat screen TVs featured in all rooms. In-room safe. Queen-sized sleeper sofa in living room. King bed in master bedroom. Maximum occupancy: 4 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December (excluding holidays).
Direct gulf-front views from the large lanai. Ground-floor location provides a baby-step walk to the beach ... or you can choose to simply relax on the lanai and just gaze out for hours!
Ocean's Reach is a strictly enforced non-smoking/non-vaping property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside condos, on lanais, or anywhere on the property. A designated smoking area is located just beyond the office near the property entrance.

The complex is located in a very quiet part of the island but with easy access to everything. I think this was the 8th time we vacationed in Sanibel and this was the best location yet. I like to surf fish and this is located on a great stretch of the beach to do it. Lots of fish,needless to say, shells everywhere! Room was great,staff was friendly and helpful,parking and access was convenient and an easy, short walk to the beach. Booked for next year!

Fantastic place! Clean, steps to beach and pool, bikes, storage, sports court, covered designated parking, heated pool and best of all… and office on the premises with friendly helpful staff! May just be my favorite vacation rental ever.
