About this house rental

Steps away from fun & trendy Avondale! Cook your own meals in the gorgeous gourmet kitchen or walk to amazing restaurants, bars, breweries & shopping. The 8 mile Greenway jogging trail is just across the street. Quick 5 minute Uber ride to Downtown Charleston & 15 minutes to Folly Beach. This modern & cozy 2 bedroom bungalow with additional queen size pullout sleeps up to 6 guests. Let your pup run free in the fully fenced backyard oasis while you enjoy the outdoor amenities. The expansive covered open-air living space includes big-screen TV, Webber hardline natural gas grill, outdoor games, cozy fire-pit & dining area. Many upgrades in this home include bluetooth integrated audio system with speakers throughout interior & exterior, integrated wine fridge, high quality pillow-top matresses, down comforters, luxury sheets & towels, heated bathroom flooring & mirror, washer/dryer, flat-screen TVs with DISH 200 & multi-sport package in every room, & Keurig coffee/tea bar.

Wonderful hosts and an amazing property. The location was perfect, very close to downtown and just a short drive to Isle of Palms. We had a great stay and would definitely love to come back again!

Gorgeous home! House was clean, comfy and well stocked. Loved the little touches that made it feel like you were visiting a friend vs renting a place. Location is fantastic and you were 15 minute to everything….downtown, Shems creek, Magnolia plantation, North Charleston, beach, etc
