Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.
In the heart of the Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness room and business center.
All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.
Beach Club 428 is located on the top-floor ocean end, and offers beautiful ocean views from the living room, guest bedroom, master bedroom, and dining area. Beach Club 428 features complimentary in-room high speed internet service. Best views in the Beach Club!
Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Sleeper Sofa
Beginning 9/6/2026, The Beach Club will be undergoing a roofing project starting just after Labor Day and continuing through November. During this time, vacation rentals are expected to remain available, and the association anticipates minimal disruption. Guests may experience some intermittent noise throughout the complex and temporary parking restrictions, while other areas of the community may not experience any noticeable impact.

Great access to the beach with ramp only / no steps which was needed since we had someone wheelchair bound in our party.
Would be nice to see rubber mats like Hilton Head has to access the fluffy part of the beach until you get out to the hard part of the beach that is wheelchair accessible. Had to get a lifeguard 4 wheeler to get us back through the soft sand with the wheelchair. Thanks,

The unit could use a fresh coat of paint, some updating, new bed linens, new furniture. The cover on the Master Bed was ripped on the underside and looked worn and old. The couch has long outlived its comfortable status. It was a nice unit, but certainly much older and tired than the pictures online show. We did have to have a maintenance guy come to change a light bulb in shower and fix the chain lock on the door. Who knows how long that has been left improperly installed? It would be nice to have SOME degree of extra security. Hallways were banged up. They could use a spruce up as well, but that's an association issue. Too many cars taking up 2 parking spaces in garage...frustrating that there is nothing done to correct this issue. If one chooses to stay in for the evening, cable is lacking and internet connection is almost non-existent.
Beautiful outside grounds, nice pool, beautiful views from the condo, but could really use some "help" to make this a truly 5 star property.
