This was a great stay and very convenient as my son lives on the same street so we could walk to his house every day. The apartment is larger than the photos show, very clean and bright. The only issue we had was with the very firm mattress. It is a Tuft and Needle mattress which is very good quality, but only 6 inches thick. Even my husband, who is usually stoic about these things, complained as he is a side sleeper. We ordered a memory foam topper that did the trick and then gave it to our son before we left as he needed a new one. My only recommendation to the host would be to have a high-density memory foam topper available that can be added when needed.Raymond was very kind and we enjoyed talking with him each day as he was working in the beautiful gardens. It is a great location, has everything you could need, including a well-stocked kitchen, and even a washer/dryer combo in the kitchen. Lots of room to place luggage in the bedroom. Ceiling fans in the kitchen, living room and bedroom, plus a good AC system cooled the apartment down quickly when we returned each evening. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town visiting our son.

My wife and I had a wonderful time. Greeted by the host as soon as we got there, and he walked us through all the amenities and unique aspects of the property.We had a very nice relaxing time in the location was perfect for the plans we had in Austin

The hosts were super helpful, hospitable, and responsive. The house is beautiful and conveniently close to a bus stop that goes downtown.
