Golden light spills across the Sonoran landscape as the Santa Rosa Mountains shift from amber to rose at dusk. Days here unfold at a pace you set - mornings with coffee on the patio, afternoons in the pool, and evenings that belong to the hot tub and fire pit under an ink-dark desert sky. Set within gated PGA West, this single-level home gives your group of up to 8 everything needed to settle in and stay a while.

Living space

The living room centers around a large, comfortable sofa and a 65` TV - made for slow evenings with nowhere to be. High-speed Wifi and a dedicated Ethernet connection keep remote workers and streamers covered, while central heating, air conditioning, and ceiling fans maintain the right temperature no matter the season. The home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Exterior security cameras are positioned at the front door and garage, facing the walkway and driveway.

Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms sleep up to 8 guests across 4 beds. The Master Suite features a king bed, a 65` TV, and a dedicated workspace in a private room with a door. The en-suite bathroom includes dual sinks and a separate walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed and a 50` TV. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds, each with a pull-out trundle - sleeping up to 4 guests total - plus a 50` TV. A crib and Pack `n play/Travel crib are available upon request. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, clothing storage, and bathroom essentials are all provided, along with a washer and free in-unit dryer.

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for home-cooked meals: refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, baking sheet, barbecue utensils, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and cooking basics. Pull up a chair at the dining table for breakfast before heading out to a round of golf, a tennis match, or the polo fields.

Outdoor setting

The private backyard opens directly from the living room and is the heart of the home. A pool, private hot tub (available all year, open 24 hours), fire pit, BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, outdoor furniture, and sun loungers make it easy to spend entire days outside. The hot tub is complimentary to heat. Pool heating is $50 per day to reach 88°F - typically needed October through May. During summer months, the pool naturally sits between 85-95°F. Guests also have access to a shared gym and community pool within PGA West.

Location

Positioned inside gated PGA West, the home is a short walk from Ernie`s at the Stadium Course clubhouse and less than 4 miles from the Empire Polo Fields - home to the Coachella and Stagecoach festivals. The Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Desert International Horse Park, Old Town La Quinta, and Highway 111 shopping and dining are all just minutes away. Palm Desert, downtown Palm Springs, and nearby casinos make for easy day trips.

Good to know

Check-in is after 4PM and check-out is by 11AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible at no extra charge - just ask. Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay; mid-stay cleans are available for an additional fee. The home is keyless - a unique door code is issued before arrival and changes with every reservation. The community has HOA noise limit requirements. Pets are welcome (no cats; certain non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs considered at an additional fee). We do not recommend shipping packages to the property. Several additional homes within PGA West are available nearby - ideal for larger groups traveling together. Please inquire for details.
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.

Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
