Large ocean front detached home in a gated community, walkable to family friendly Santa Rosa center where you can enjoy a cpl of good restaurant options, coffee or delicious icecream. The house comes with private beach access, includes beach chairs & umbrellas set up by staff, a golf cart & fuel, and bicycles! Beds are comfortable, kitchen is higher end, beachside porches are fantastic, washer/dryer do a great job, home gym is a nice touch, and the staff is the most helpful, prompt & responsive I've encountered anywhere. They DO NOT provide beach towels but have lots of boogie boards and beach items. Our gang had a great time with the provided options. The beach access is directly beside the house- super convenient.2 complaints: 1) the house sleeps 17 people but the TV room has 1 sofa & 2 chairs, & 2) there are no rugs, mats, or runners so once sand or freshly rinsed feet get in, there's no choice but to use bath towels or such to wipe feet so to prevent slipping.

The house was fine. It’s really a 3 bedroom with twin bunks thrown into a small office (no closet or dresser) and a sleeping dorm with a bunch of bunks in a basement that you need to walk through to get to the beach. The living area does not really accommodate large groups. Even though the house is beach front, the beach is shared by the entire gated community. Be aware that this is a restricted beach area with a lot of rules (no tents, they want you to use their chairs/umbrellas, etc.). Also, it is adjacent to a very busy public beach access.
