This beautiful home offers a floor-plan with the main living area including living room with games and board games for rainy day activities, dining area and fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless appliances including a Keurig coffee maker, blender, waffle maker and slow cooker. Enjoy the convenience of ceiling fans and hard surface flooring throughout. Downstairs, Bedroom #1 has a King Bed and TV. Upstairs, Bedroom #2 has a King Bed, TV, and private upper deck with serene ocean views and a table and chairs; Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed and TV; and Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin Beds and TV. A full bathroom is located on each level.
Step out on the spacious walk-around lower covered deck area complete with furniture including Adirondack chairs to enjoy the beautiful palm trees, ocean breeze and sunny seaside locale. Enjoy the side yard patio, Adirondack chairs, Propane Fire Pit table, and Yard games including Corn Hole, Yard Yahtzee, and Ladder Golf provided.
5 Roku TVs, Blu-Ray Player, DVD Player, Central Air/Heat. Washer/Dryer. Covered Deck with Furniture. Indoor Fireplace not to be used. Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. Private saltwater pool (seasonal availability) also includes poolside dining patio table with chairs and umbrella as well as poolside chairs and loungers. Wooded walk way to the beach at end of Cul de Sac. Beach carts and sand toys provided. Bike path at the end of the street.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 8 at any time.
Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly stays.

Rents Weekly only Saturday - Saturday.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
