Home is freshly renovated w open floorplan, new ss appliances, screened-in Lanai, 2 beds 2 baths incl master bath, sleeper couch in den/dining room.

We took a last minute to trip to Venice to look for shark teeth. Rick was very gracious and helpful in accommodating us and our dogs. The property is a duplex. Very, very clean. Comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. The AC kept things cool. Easy walk to a beach that was basically empty and had a ton of very cool shells and shark teeth. Beach towels and chairs are provided along with a sifter. Also very walkable to the town center and great restaurants and shops. Despite the very convenient location, the property is in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. I felt comfortable walking the dogs at night. There’s a park a block away with a walking trial and a playground. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property for a family get together the week of July 4th. Excellent property, great location, close to everything on the island (downtown, beach, restaurants, etc.). Highly recommend. Minor glitch with door code, owner called immediately with solution. Perfect.

Richard was very accommodating to help us out with our stay. Only problem we had was one of the remotes didn’t work, but one remote worked on both TV’s.
