Great for large families. Has a small pool, hot tub, game room and theater room. When we weren’t out exploring or enjoying activities the kids and adults enjoyed being at the house. The location was great as well. We rode several mountain coasters, explored downtown Gatlinburg, visited Dollywood and hiked up a mountain to a waterfall.The house was clean but could have been vacuumed a little better. We moved the coffee table to play a card game and there was all kinds of trash under it. I also found an envelope for tips which to me was totally out of line since we were not being provided a service. Everything was included in the price of the house. Needless to say they did not receive an additional tip. We weren’t staying at a hotel or resort where our room was made everyday.All in all I would recommend the house for large families.

We rented this Lodge for birthday celebrations and the love of Gatlinburg. We were not disappointed! The amenities were wonderful and relaxing for the entire gang. There is something for everyone and space to get away when needed. The few small issues (the air hockey plug was broke prior to arrival, and the need for sheets, a broken rocker) were dealt with expeditiously and professionally. It's situated in a nice community and near everything. A little bar and a wonderful cinnamon roll place in the village! I would stay here again and recommend that you do as well.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this cabin. It had everything you could want—games, a theater, hot tub, fire pit, grills, and an indoor heated pool. The space was perfect for our family, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and still feel comfortable. Swimming in the heated pool while watching the snow fall outside was easily one of the highlights of our trip.

Cabin was well-located, close to town but not too close. Lot of amenities (pool, hot tub, theater room, game room). Essentials not provided, no hair dryer, no shampoo/conditioner, no sponge, dishwasher soap or washing machine soap. Dirty dishes were noted in the dishwasher. Check in is supposedly 3pm but cleaning staff was not done till nearly 5pm. This was one of the highest priced properties in the area and definitely for price paid, would expect better stay/features. Overall, would not stay here again as we have stayed in nicer local properties at a lower price point.
