About this house rental
Large and comfortable 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in the Greater Groves community in Clermont, Florida! This home features a King Size Master suite, a Queen Size bedroom, and two bedrooms with twin beds. The massive pool deck and oversized fully fenced yard make this home one to remember! A large living room and open concept kitchen make this the perfect home for larger families to enjoy.
All bedrooms have smart TV's so you can enjoy all of your favorite shows and streaming while here.
The pool and spa can be heated together or separately in the cooler months if desired, NB: there is an additional charge for this service, please enquire prior to arrival.
This property is pet friendly, we will accept a maximum of 2 dogs (unless requested and approved prior to booking) and the non refundable pet fee is $150 per pet which must be paid prior to checking in. Please advise us prior to arrival if you are bringing your furry friend with you, failure to do so will incur a $500 charge.
In lieu of security deposits, we apply an Accidental Damage Waiver to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $100 covers up to $750.00 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Inquire for more information.

Home had everything you could need. Really close to a Publix. Our puppy loved the fenced in yard. The outside with the pool, dining table and tv outside huge plus!! We had a great time!

What a great getaway!! We just want to say how wonderful this house was for us! Great yard for our fur baby to run around in and great pool for the kids to play in! It was perfect all around!! Great location with near by stores!!!! Would definitely stay again when coming to the area!!!!

Enjoyed our stay! Loved the private pool and spa. Some advertise private but this one truly is. No neighbors can see into the pool area! Great neighborhood with shopping and dining within 5 minutes! True gem!

Steve was the highlight of our trip. Ha is such a wonderful property manager. Had a couple issues and he resolved them as quickly as possible. He is an asset to his company!!
