The newly constructed, cozy space features a comfortable queen bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like modern furnishings, WiFi, AC, a fully-stocked kitchen and bathroom, shared heated pool May through September, outdoor firepit/grill, beautiful landscaping, extra outdoor shower, and amenities galore. The bathroom includes a bathtub for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring. Bikes, beach chairs, and beach umbrella available for use. 1.5 miles from the beach--a 5-minute drive or 10-minute bike ride. Close to restaurants and shopping. Maximum 2 guests. No third-party bookings. No parties. Guests must be 25+. No third-party bookings allowed. No parties. No diving and no glass in the pool area. Pool loungers and beach chairs are for use by only one person at a time or they will break!
Main house is occupied and includes two dogs, who may bark when people arrive or leave (dog bones provided to guests so they can make friends with the locals!).

What a beautiful place and property, designed and decorated with the eye of an artist. The apartment itself was so well equipped that we needed absolutely nothing and will pack much lighter next time! The recommendations listed in the guide were so helpful to narrow down food choices.The beach was incredibly close and we had no trouble finding parking…the only struggle was leaving the beautiful pool for it!Kira and Marin are a bonus and the sweetest, sweetest puppies.We will be back!

It was all excellent. Loren the host was the best. She made sure all was good. When we texted her she responded in a very short time. One time she came down from Hera house and wanted to be sure all was good. The door lock needed a new battery and she had it replaced in a moment. She was a great host making our stay the best. We are glad we stayed here for a week and enjoyed our home away from home.

We did not use pool. All very nice, clean and comfortable. It was a great place to celebrate our 50th anniversary. Host was great, helpful in every way. The bed was comfortable and we liked having a kitchen. All was awesome and this would be a great place to get away. The OBX is a great place with lots of history and plenty to do. The apartment was in a great location that was easy assess to all the things we planned on. Wonderful.

Lorna was an amazing hostess! She was so helpful in working with me to make sure I was safe with my severe allergies and chemical sensitivities. And I was thanks to her help! Her place is beautiful and well equipped. Lorna was very friendly. We will be back in the Spring for our granddaughter 's wedding now that I know I have a safe and lovely place to stay! Thank you Lorna! I would give you 20 stars!!!
