Springwood 62 is an upstairs townhouse with a king in the master bedroom (top level) , king bed in BR2 (lower level) , and 2 doubles in BR3 (top level). Full kitchen with all the comforts of home. Full size washer and dryer, amenities included wireless internet, flat screen TV's. This property is 3 blocks from the Atlantic Ocean and within 1 block of the Van Der Meer Tennis Center. This community has an on-site pool and a toddler pool. Parking is available close to the stairwell leading to the front door of the property. Springwood is within walking distance of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages.

This condo was perfect for our Hilton Head vacation. The location was an easy walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza and an easy drive to other sites on the island. The condo was clean and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need for the week. The beds were firm. The shower water pressure was great. And it was very nice that the condo overlooked the pool. Access to the condo was very easy as was communication with the host.

We had a great time! The rental was very clean and had a very functional layout (nice kitchen, spacious bedrooms, easy parking). Checking in process was easy. The kids really enjoyed the pool (which opened for the season on April 1st).
