About this apartment rental
Modern and cozy ocean-view villa with the pool view from the front door and ocean views from the patio! Recently renovated with plank flooring and shaker cabinets, this stylish retreat features a fully equipped kitchen that has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker, a queen bed in the bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa, and two child-sized bunks. Best suited for a couple and 2-3 kids max.
Located in Seaside, an oceanfront complex, you're just a short walk from great shops, restaurants, and attractions—perfect for a relaxing beach getaway!
As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.
Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex 4 buildings down the beach from the Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza, centrally located, but not over crowded. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. Direct beach access on the property. Biking is the preferred mode of travel on Hilton Head. Rentals are available across the street, or you can call ahead and have them delivered. Bike racks are provided under the front of the building.
Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Great stay all the way around! Had an issue with the fridge but the host was in it asap! (Fan froze up that pumps air from the freezer to the refrigerator compartment). Had it handled and fixed within the day and only took about 15 mins to fix. Would definitely stay again and go through the host again.

The villa was very nice and comfortable and very close to the beach. Within walking distance from all kinds of shops and restaurants. And the host was very accommodating and communicative.

It was a little small for three older kids but loved the access to the pool and beach. Appreciated the gated community for th older kids to go to the pool and beach by themselves.
