Beautiful newly built 2 story house, with large rooftop deck & Hot Tub on the roof. Enjoy playing piano in our stylish living room. Master bedroom features its own private patio, and large freestanding tub. We are a 30 second walk to the water in Little Naples in Belmont shore . Our large rooftop deck is the perfect place to hang out and see the ocean view. House can sleep up to 12

Perhaps I missed it in the listing details or reviews but there are no spices (even salt/pepper) at the house. So if you plan to cook plan accordingly. Would stay here again.

Great stay for our large family. Parking with a big vehicle was a challenge but there is sufficient space in front of you block the driveway which was never an issue. Impressive wow factor when first entering the house and discovering all the rooms, bathrooms, and amenities! Highlight for us was how many (3) of the bedrooms had ensuite bathroom with showers, a lifesaver, especially when everyone needs to clean up at once and the hot water didn't let us down. Communication was good, we did run out of toilet paper on the last day and picked up a pack at the local CVS, but no major issues at all. Our family used the house as home base for a week and it performed very well. Thanks to the hosts!

Charming upgraded home in a cozy Long Beach neighborhood. All three upstairs rooms boast en-suite bathrooms, and it's dog-friendly with a secure yard for pets. The hot tub on the sun deck was pristine and always ready.
However, post-checkout, we were charged extra for steam cleaning furniture and rugs, which were already in that state upon arrival. Our non-shedding dogs were blamed, but the only thing we found in the rug early on was dirt and hair. We even rolled the bedroom rug away during our stay due to its condition, yet were still charged for its cleaning.
